Your account

You need an account to make cards; the people you send them to don’t. Keep your sign-in to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Your photos and words

Only upload photos you have the right to use and that the people in them would be happy to see in a card. You keep ownership of what you upload and of the card we make from it. You give us permission to store and process it only to make, deliver and show you your card.

What’s not allowed

• Sexual content, or anything involving minors in an inappropriate way.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or cards meant to deceive or impersonate someone.
• Photos of people who haven’t agreed to it, used to embarrass or harm them.
• Anything illegal.

We check uploads and may refuse or remove cards that break these rules. Repeated or serious misuse ends the account.

About AI

Your card is made with AI from your photo. We work hard to keep faces looking like the people in it, but results vary: motion, small details and backgrounds won’t always be perfect. That’s what the free redo is for.

Payments

A card costs $2.99 to $5.99, depending on the video, paid once before we make it. Prices are shown before you pay and include one free redo. Optional AI extras, like custom cover art or another redo, are paid for separately. Changing the words, design, effects or borders is always free. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Refunds

• If we can’t make your card, we’ll try again for free or refund you in full.
• If you’re unhappy with the result, use your free redo first. If it’s still not right, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right or refund you.
• Cards removed for breaking these terms aren’t refunded.

The service

We aim to keep Envelopop and your card links working, but we can’t promise it will never be down or change. If we ever shut down, we’ll give you notice so you can download your cards as videos and GIFs. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us for the card in question.
