Questions
Do my clients need an app or an account?
No. They tap the link in the email and the card opens right in their browser, on any phone or computer.
What does business sending include?
Your logo on the envelope and inside, emails sent from your company name with replies to you, open tracking with a downloadable report, and no Envelopop promotion shown to your clients. It's $15.00 per 50 people, paid once for that card.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for the people you send that card to. Need to add a few more later? Buy another 50.
What format should my list be?
A CSV with a column of email addresses (and names, if you have them). Export it from Excel, Google Sheets, Outlook or your CRM.
What about unsubscribes?
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and anyone who unsubscribes is never emailed by us again, so you stay on the right side of email rules.
Can I send it to my team too?
Of course. Make one card for clients and another for your team, each with its own words.
